RESONATE - Refund Policy
Note : This policy is applicable only if bought from www.resonate.store If you have purchased from other physical/online stores please refer their return policy.
Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since product was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You have to ship the product to our warehouse, please see the Shipping Arrangement section below.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable). Obvious Signs of Use, Any item not in its original condition; is damaged; missing parts for reasons not known will not be eligible for refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, please mail/courier your product to our warehouse. Shipping charges to be borne by the customer. Please consider using a trackable shipping service as we do not take liability of the product till it reaches our warehouse.
